RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefuly when ordering your products, ensuring you check product description & images provided.

No refunds or exchanges can be made for incorrect choice of products or just a change of mind.Returns or exchanges are valid only on items with defective or faulty manufacturing faults.

Our policy of no refunds or exchanges is as per the policy set out by the Office of Fair Trading as follows:

“By Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you just change your mind".


But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem as below

 

  1. Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

  2. Is unsafe

  3. Is significantly different from the sample or description.

  4. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.​

Refunds are only given if the items are faulty, and this will be determined on inspection once returned.If you do find that the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is faulty in any way, please email us immediately at info@theuniformgroup within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Returns and Exchanges form, which will be emailed to you on request.

Returns will not be accepted without a return form or if returned outside of our Sales Terms and Conditions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product  for an exchange or credit, and for the reshipping of any exchanged items. We advise you to return the items via an Australia Post pre paid satchel with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
